Rhianna
Social Media Account Manager
Rhi builds strong, lasting client relationships through hands-on, personalised support to become a successful extension of the business she works with. She's driven results through sharp social media strategy, standout content creation, copywriting, auditing, and reporting, consistently growing clients' online presence.
Her marketing journey began at IKEA UK, where she worked while completing her studies in English Literature. Building on crafting a career in communication, she stepped into a Communications Specialist role, coordinating brand campaigns across multiple markets to build brand love and fuel growth.
That experience shaped the marketer she is today: a strategic storyteller with a sharp eye for impactful campaigns, now channelling that expertise into every client she works with.
Likes: Lazy Sundays, summer, opening presents from me to me, travelling, good coffee, bottomless brunches, suspense novels and having a tan.
Dislikes: Overpowering air freshener, morning alarms, wet socks, drama, the wind and not having a tan
Cam
Director
Cam is a marketer with a passion for driving positive change. His background is in tourism and outdoors marketing, with experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors. Cam sits on the board of Te Araroa National Trust, has an MBA from the University of Otago and a Bachelors in marketing and PR from the University of Waikato.
As Non-Executive Director, Cam’s work is in the background, making sure that Neat is supported and empowered to deliver for clients.
Likes: Trail running, creativity, cold IPAs, road trips, early starts, NYT Connections, country music, and Wikipedia rabbitholes.
Dislikes: Instant coffee, needles, and Will Ferrell movies.
Georgia
Founder & Friend
Georgia started Neat back in the day to help businesses breathe life into their social media. While she’s stepped away from the business to raise her beautiful whānau, you might occasionally still spot her behind the lens capturing her stunning signature imagery for clients.
Likes: Clean linen, black clothing, sleeping in, summiting a mountain, spuds of any description, inside jokes and simplicity.
Dislikes: Early mornings, clutter, bacon smell, putting away washing, people wearing shoes inside & mozzies.
